Terms and Booking Conditions
Arrival hours: 15:00-22: 00
Departure hours: Until 11:00am
(Different arrival and departure hours can be made after your request and depending on availability).
The delayed departures from the room, after consultation with the reception, between 12: 00-18:00 have a surcharge of 50% of the daily room price and 100% after 18:00.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is required. If canceled between 60 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of reservation
For cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival or non-show: 100% of the total reservation (not less than one days stay)
The non-arrival of the client, which is later than the period referred in Arrival Hours, is defined as Non-Show and therefore any deposit or payment has been made is lost and the room is considered free and available to the reservation department.
5.Taxes and surcharges
All prices include legal taxes except accommodation tax rated 3€/room/night and paid by guest.
6.Accepted credit cards
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners. To hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. The customer bears the 2% commission to the Bank.

Pets are not allowed.
Breakfast is buffet style and is included in the price. In case of low occupancy, breakfast is served and includes: Fresh bread, butter, local honey, handmade jam, cakes, fresh scones, egg, toast, juice, coffee, tea, milk, cereal.
There is wireless Internet (WiFi) on site and is free of charge.
11.Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years old are free of charge in case of a stay with breakfast. Baby-cots and extra beds can be placed after your request and depending on availability.
12.Lost & Found
The Housekeeping department of Avantis Suites Hotel, collects and stores any forgotten personal items, which are found in the rooms of the guests after their departure from the hotel, up to one month from the date of departure. For our Guests convenience we keep all forgotten personal items found for a period of one (1) month, after the date our personnel found them. In case we find any forgotten personal item, we have no obligation to contact our Guests, in order to inform them accordingly. If we are not notified by our Guests that they have forgotten specific items within one (1) month from their departure (check out date), our Hotel will not have any obligation to return them, since it is our policy to dispose any such forgotten items that are found in our Hotel after one (1) month. For guests staying in our hotel, the use of umbrellas and sun beds is free of charge, at the pool and at the beach.
There is parking space on site, much of which is covered and is available free of charge.
